Hampel oil employee one of the first to support new Hampel owned venture

A big thank you to Richie Parker and his brother Tyler for being the first employee to come visit Gunnar’s distillery and take a tour.  They visited the distillery on the grand opening and were part of the second group to take a tour.  Thank you, Richie and Tyler for your support as it meant a lot to the Hampel’s!!

Richie has been with Hampel Oil for over 11 years now. He started as a welder helping Dale Thome build our Alva plant. Then worked for us as a rural project specialist as well as helping CLE and filling in when drivers were needed. In January of 2023, he became Wichita’s lead mechanic keeping the trucks well maintained as well as still assisting CLE or delivering fuel on occasion if needed. Always doing what it takes to help the company out. Outside of work, he is very involved with his family and enjoys coaching his daughter in sports.
